Windows Updateを確認したところ、2019年6月分の累積更新プログラム（KB4503293）などが配信されていたので、インストールしてみました。
Windows 10 Version 1903にアップデートしてから、2回目の更新プログラムです。

今回は、「累積更新プログラム」だけでなく、「悪意あるソフトウェアの削除ツール」や「セキュリティ更新プログラム(Adobe Flash Player 対応)」も利用可能になっていました。

累積更新プログラムの内容
今回の累積更新プログラムは、不具合の修正やセキュリティの向上を目的としている、品質更新プログラムです。
Microsoftのサポートサイトでは、累積更新プログラムについて、以下のように書かれていました。
Addresses a security vulnerability by intentionally preventing connections between Windows and Bluetooth devices that are not secure and use well-known keys to encrypt connections, including security fobs. If BTHUSB Event 22 in the Event Viewer states, “Your Bluetooth device attempted to establish a debug connection….”, then your system is affected. Contact your Bluetooth device manufacturer to determine if a device update exists. For more information, see CVE-2019-2102 and KB4507623.

Internet Explorerなどの、さまざまなMicrosoft製品のセキュリティアップデートが行われています。
また、Microsoft Updateカタログからスタンドアロンパッケージをダウンロードして、手動更新することもできるようになっています。
更新プログラムがインストールされた
更新プログラムのダウンロード、インストールが自動的に行われました。
累積更新プログラムに関しては、このように再起動が必要となっていました。
アップデートが完了した
再起動後は、ビルド番号が「18362.145」から「18362.175」になりました。
